Google says dont neglect Speed optimization of website

Html5 brings many features and benefits that are user friendly. The very subject of today’s Html5 development article is the ability to increase page load and decrease server loads. Which google recently stated, from a search engine optimization (SEO) perspective.

Here are few tips for speed optimization:
Use caching system:
It’s time to start using the caching system, when it is found that the site is being connected to the database to create the same content. With the caching system the site will only need to create the content once, instead of creating it every time a visitor visits the site.
Caching system automatically refreshes the caches on its own, depending on how it is set up, even the constantly changing web pages can be cached.
Do not resize images:
If the original image is 1280x900px in dimension, and what is required is 400x280px, it would need to be resized and resaved using an image editor like Photoshop instead of using Html5’s width and height attributes. Changing the size of the image will make the web page load faster.
Avoid using images to display text:
Text in an image not only becomes inaccessible for the users to read it but also becomes completely useless for SEO, using images for text also increases the load time of the website, as more images means heavier web page.
Minify scripts and stylesheets:
Minify the script on the site and also remove all the unwanted characters and spaces contributing to the factors affecting speed. Minification usually reduces bandwidth consumption and improves mobile caching. Compressing files is another method of reducing page load times however some mobile browsers fail to cache compressed files.
Compression enabler on the web server:
To help reduce the page load time, it would be great to setup gzip compression on the web server. No matter what type of server is being used, there are many resources available on the web that can help enable compression.
Optimize redirects or remove them:
When a traditional desktop site gets redirected to the mobile site, the processing increases the loading speed of the mobile site. Redirects generally require extra client-side processing. In cases, when the mobile site is served at a different location than the main site, redirects become necessary. In such cases, it is advisable to make the mobile site cacheable, in order to increase the loading speed of the site. However, it would be best to avoid redirects if the mobile site is served in the same location as the main site.
